AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 2,64,105 equity shares of Rs 2 each on July 06, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs 475,05,92,724 (237,52,96,362 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 475,11,20,934 (237,55,60,467 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
