Vijay Textiles to divest stake in Multi-Storied IT Park

Vijay Textiles has received an approval for disinvestment in Multi-Storied IT Park i.e. Tech-Park project at Hyderabad. The company has received an approval for disinvestment at its board meeting held on June 29, 2011.

Vijay Textiles manufactures and markets finished fabrics under the brand name of ‘Vijay’ throughout India. It has also entered into a new line of business i.e. development of infrastructure projects. Under this, it had undertaken a project namely ‘Tech-Park’, which offers office area on lease to software/IT companies.
