Simplex Projects bags Rs 40 crore project from Guwahati Authority

Infrastructure company Simplex Projects has bagged a contract worth Rs 40 crore from Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) for construction of car parking facility. It has a bagged a project for development, installation, operation and maintenance of a multi—level car parking facility in Guwahati. The contract is based on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis for a period of sixty years.
