NIIT Technologies has informed that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 12,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on July 17, 2015. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 61,071,399 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 610,713,990 .
