Date: 20-07-2015ITC has informed that the Company on July 16, 2015 issued and allotted 31,95,460 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1 each, upon exercise of 3,19,546 Options by Optionees under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from July 16, 2015, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 801,87,15,001 divided into 801,87,15,001 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1 each.
