HCL Technologies has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, August 1 & August 3, 2015 to consider Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2015 and Payment of Interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16 .The items relating to audited financial results and payment of Interim dividend shall be considered by the Board on August 3, 2015. Further, that in terms of the ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders’ (Insider Trading Code) of the Company, the Trading window for trading in the securities of the Company, which was closed from the commencement of business on Monday, June 15, 2015 will re-open with the start of business on Wednesday, August 5, 2015.
