Onward Technologies has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be convened on July 30, 2015, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. In this connection, as per the Code of Internal Procedures and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, Directors and Promoters shall be closed from July 22, 2015 up to August 04, 2015.
