Nagarjuna Construction bags Rs 1,221 crore order

Nagarjuna Construction Company has secured new orders aggregating Rs 1,221 crore, including a Rs 647 crore deal from the Hyderabad Growth Corridor Ltd, for the construction of Access Controlled Expressway. The company's other order valued at Rs 358 crore is from the Chief Engineer, Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd, Mumbai.

 

NTPC Ltd has also awarded a contract for construction of plant infrastructure at Barh in Bihar. The contract is worth Rs 99 crore to be completed within 30 months. Another order NCC has secured is from the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd for the construction of unit substation buildings at Paradip in Orissa valued at Rs 63 crore with the mandate to execute it within 12 months.

 

In another order, the Director of National Institute of Technology, Tripura has accorded sanction for construction of a housing facility, guest house and directors' residence at Agartala valued at Rs 54 core.
