Bajaj Finance gains on reporting 30% rise in Q1 net profit

Bajaj Finance is currently trading at Rs 5130.00, up by 28.75 points or 0.56% from its previous closing of Rs 5101.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 5199.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 5203.65 and Rs. 4975.40 respectively. So far 6904 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 5652.20 on 07-Jul-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2151.00 on 08-Aug-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 5307.00 and Rs. 4975.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 27551.16 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.60% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 23.92% and 18.47% respectively.

Bajaj Finance has reported 30.41% rise in its net profit at Rs 275.63 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 as compared to Rs 211.36 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The company’s total income has increased by 32.90% to Rs 1655.84 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 1245.96 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
