State-run power equipment maker BHEL has won a Rs 3,348 crore contract to set up 376 MW captive power plant at the upcoming Paradip Refinery Project of Indian Oil Corp in Orissa. BHEL's scope of work envisages design, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection and commissioning of the captive power plant, in addition to associated civil works.
