AXIS Bank has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2015, has decided to reappoint V. Srinivasan, Whole-time Director designated as Executive Director & Head (Corporate Banking) of the Bank for a further period of three years with effect from October 15, 2015 that is, for the period October 15, 2015 to October 14, 2018 subject to approval of the Reserve Bank of India and the Shareholders of the Bank.
