Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s code of conduct the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from July 31, 2015 to August 09, 2015 in view of consideration of the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
