Bharti Airtel has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 15, 2015 to August 21, 2015 for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 21, 2015. Further, the facility to exercise the vote at the aforesaid AGM by electronic means (e-voting) on all resolutions as set out in the notice will be provided to those members, holding shares either in physical or in electronic form as on the cut-off date i.e. August 14, 2015. The e-voting will commence on August 18, 2015 and will end on August 20, 2015.
