Coal India Ltd.

Coal India, the world’s largest coal miner by output, has reported provisional production of 34.83 million tonnes in July 2015, as against target of 36.04 million tonnes. The company’s total off-take for the month of July stood at 40.88 million tonnes as against a target of 44.17 million tonnes.

Coal India is the world’s largest coal mining company. It also produces non-coking coal and coking coal of various grades for diverse applications.
