Natco Pharma has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015, to consider various options of rising of funds for one of the subsidiaries Timecap Overseas, Mauritius to be used for investment in Natcofarma Do Brasil Ltda, Brasil, Unaudited financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1),  Convening of 32nd Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2014-15 and  to issue the notice of postal ballot and e-voting to shareholders for approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Natco Organics into the Company and related matters. Further, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from August 04, 2015 to August 14, 2015.
