Accelya Kale Solutions has informed that Vipul Jain will step down as Managing Director of Accelya Kale Solutions Limited on 30th September 2015. Neela Bhattacherjee has been appointed as an Additional Director and will take over as Managing Director of Accelya Kale from Vipul. Neela currently serves as Executive Vice President and has been with the Company for over 15 years. She is responsible for strategy, sales and customer relationships in the company. Vipul will continue on the Board as Non-Executive Director and will advise on strategic initiatives for Accelya Group. These appointments are subject to approval from shareholders.
