Larsen & Toubro (L&T), the engineering and construction giant, has sought shareholders' nod to raise up to $600 million amounting about Rs 3,600 crore through issue of securities to meet capital requirement of growing business. The company will issue and allot in one or more tranches securities to investors whether Indian or Foreign which shall not exceed Rs 3,600 crore.
