-7.00 (-0.12%) Biscuit major Britannia is planning to re-launch its Good Day cookie brand, in a move aimed at thwarting rivals ITC and Parle Products. There will be a packaging overhaul to give Good Day a fresh look. Good Day is Britannia's top cookie brand, providing it about 26 to 27 per cent of its total annual turnover of Rs 7,775 crore.
Britannia, one of the India’s biggest brands of the country, has a market share of over 33%. More-than-a-century old Britannia has launched big brands in FMCG Segment. The company is expanding its customer base by launching new products and renovating existing ones.
