Tata Steel sells 2.18% stake in Titan Company for Rs 637.46 crore

Tata Steel has sold 1,93,87,920 shares comprising of 2.18% stake of Titan Company to Tata Sons on August 11, 2015 through a market sale for a net consideration of Rs 637.46 crore.

Tata Steel, the flagship company of the Tata group is the first integrated steel plant in Asia and is now the world’s second most geographically diversified steel producer and a Fortune 500 Company.
