With reference to Various news items in the media with regard to compliant filed before the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Nestle India has clarified that they are yet to receive official notice about the complaint filed before the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC). Their current knowledge on this issue is only basis media reports. They shall be able to provide substantive response after we receive the official papers.
