The Exchange had sought clarification from Dr Reddys Laboratories with respect to news appearing on Business Standard on August 21, 2015 titled ‘DRL recalls dementia capsules in US’. Dr Reddys Laboratories replied stating that in this regard, they would like to state that Dr. Reddys have recalled one batch of USP 1.5mg Rivastigmine Tartarate capsule from US market. This is a batch specific voluntary recall in conformance with our quality assurance norms practiced. The business impact from this will not be substantial.
