Didar Singh, who was nominated by the President of India through Letter dated August 21, 2012 of Ministry of Power as Independent Director and appointed by the Board of the Company on August 23, 2012 has been completed on August 22, 2015 (A/N). Accordingly, Dr. A. Didar Singh has ceased to be the Independent Director of the Company with effect from August 22, 2015 (A/N).
