With reference to an article appearing in The Economic Times New Delhi Edition dated August 26, 2015, titled ‘L&T Infotech on the Prowl to Hire Top Guns Ahead of IPO’ which mentions NIIT's Chief Operating Officer (COO) Sudhir Chaturvedi,  NIIT Technologies has clarified that Chaturvedi categorically denies the statements pertaining to him in the above-mentioned article and also clarifies that he has neither been approached nor is he interested in any open position at L&T Infotech.
