-77.15 (-1.12%) Apollo Hospitals is planning to expand its footprint in Bangladesh by opening one more hospital in Chittagong in the next few years. The company already has hospital in Dhaka. This is to cater to an increasing number of patients from Bangladesh in the Kolkata facility.
The company is also contemplating a 200-bed hospital in south Kolkata. It now has a 510-bed unit in the northern part of the city. Further, the company is planning to set up a new facility in the North-East region, particularly Assam.
