LLP as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company subject to ratification by the Members at every Annual General Meeting till the 19th Annual General Meeting.
