Kennametal India has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from November 03, 2015 to November 09, 2015 (Revised) for the purpose of 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on November 09, 2015 instead of November 06, 2015 as informed earlier.
