RPP Infra Projects has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 10, 2015 to September 14, 2015 for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 14, 2015. Dividend, if declared by the members shall be paid on or before October 14, 2015.
