Date: 07-09-2015ITC has informed that the Company on August 18, 2015 issued and allotted 24,94,230 Ordinary Shares of Re 1 each, upon exercise of 2,49,423 Options by Optionees under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from August 18, 2015, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 802,34,17,251 divided into 802,34,17,251 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1 each.
