Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri has informed that Prem Hinduja has retired from the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from September 10, 2015. He has been discharged from all his functions and duties from the Company with immediate effect. Further the Company has informed that, all the responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be handled by Shrikant Zaveri, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect on retirement of Prem Hinduja.
