Tech Mahindra, a specialist in digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering, is planning to increase capacity at its Bhubaneswar centre from the existing 1,600 to up to 5000. The company is keen to go on an expansion spree due to low attrition in Bhubaneswar and favorable environment.  Furthermore, the company is planning to invest Rs 500 crore in Odisha over the next five to seven years. In December 2014, the company had inaugurated a new block at its existing campus to house 615 more IT professionals taking the total capacity in the state to 1,111.
