KEC bags orders worth Rs 780 crore

KEC International Ltd. (KEC), a global leader in the power transmission EPC business and an RPG group company, has won orders in the domestic and international space to the tune of Rs. 780 crore.

In the Domestic market, the company has won an order of Rs. 587 crores from Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (MSETCL). In the International market, the company has won orders worth Rs. 193 crores for Turnkey Transmission Lines in the Middle East to be executed in Kuwait, Oman and Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Maharashtra order establishes it as one of the visible players in the Substation space. The Middle East orders are an indication of the revival in the Middle East Market in view of the stabilizing crude prices.
