AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 1,12,465 equity shares of Rs. 2 each on September 14, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,51,23,560 (237,75,61,780 equity shares of Rs. 2 each) to Rs. 475,53,48,490 (237,76,74,245 equity shares of Rs. 2 each).
