L&T Finance Ltd.

Private equity (PE) player Bain Capital is reportedly planning to acquire 15-20 per cent stake in L&T Finance Holdings, the financial services unit of construction and engineering conglomerate L&T. The private equity player is likely to buy stake at Rs 70-75 per share. Currently, L&T holds 72 per cent stake in L&T Finance Holdings.

L&T Finance Holdings is a financial holding company offering a diverse range of financial products and services across the corporate, retail and infrastructure finance sectors, as well as mutual fund products and investment management services, through its direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries.
