Good Luck Steel Tubes has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2015, has considered and approved the Draft Scheme of Amalgamation of Masterji Metalloys with Good Luck Steel Tubes. The Transferor Company-Masterji Metalloys is a wholly owned subsidiary of Good Luck Steel Tubes and upon amalgamation no shares would be issued. Decision of the Board is subject to further approval of the concerned High Court(s) and other competent authorities.
