Natco Pharma has informed that Committee of Directors for QIP of the Company at its meeting held on September 18, 2015, approved the issue and allotment of 1600000 Equity Shares of face value Rs 10 each to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) at the issue price of Rs 2130.55 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs 3,408.88 millions. Further, the Paid-up Capital of the Company increased from Rs 33,23,48,490 to Rs 34,83,48,490.
