L&T Finance Ltd.

Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius has bought 8.60 lakh shares of L&T Finance Holdings through open market route. The shares were purchased on an average price of Rs 70 valuing the transaction to Rs 6.02 crore. On the other hand, Bright Star Investments has sold 8.52 lakh shares in the company for an average price of Rs 70 through open market route.

L&T Finance Holdings is a financial holding company offering a diverse range of financial products and services across the corporate, retail and infrastructure finance sectors, as well as mutual fund products and investment management services, through its direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries.
