Axis Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on October 27, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / half year ending as on September 30, 2015, subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors (Q2). Further note that, the blackout period for dealing in shares/securities of the Bank will commence from October 01, 2015 up to October 29, 2015, in terms of the ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders-July 2015’ formulated and adopted by the Bank, in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
