Mahindra & Mahindra has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015, to consider and approve the Company’s Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2015. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, the Trading Window shall remain closed from October 10, 2015 to November 08, 2015, i.e. from the tenth day of the month following the quarter till 48 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting.
