ARSS Infrastructure transfers 51% stake in ARSS Bus Terminal to Welspun Enterprise

ARSS Infrastructure Projects has completed the transfer formalities in relation to the transaction of 51% stake held by it in ARSS Bus Terminal to Welspun Enterprise. Pursuant to this, ARSS Bus Terminal has ceased to be a subsidiary of the company with effect from September 23, 2015.

ARSS Infrastructure Projects started as a construction company in the field of railway infrastructure development. The company has developed an expertise in railway construction projects, which include earthwork, major and minor bridges, supply of ballast, sleepers, laying of sleepers and rails, linking of tracks etc.
