With reference to the earlier letter dated July 31, 2015, Nelco has now informed that the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai has granted approval for extension of financial year by 6 months in order to align the financial year as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013. The present financial year of the Company has been extended by six months, accordingly, the financial statements will be for a period of 18 months commencing from October 01, 2014 and ending March 31, 2016. The Company will publish its unaudited financial results for the 4th quarter ended September 30, 2015 within the specified period.
