Ramco Systems has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 25, 2015 has approved an allotment of 59,405 equity shares of Rs10 each, being the exercise of 14,268 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008 (ESOS 2008), 8,421 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan A (ESOS 2009 - Plan A), 18,116 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan B (ESOS 2009 - Plan B) and 18,600 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013. Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 29,776,283 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 29,835,688 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
