Welspun Corp wins award from Engineering Export Council of India

Welspun Corp has been awarded a trophy by the Engineering Export Council of India, Western Region for Star Performance as Large Enterprise in the product group of Tubes, Pipes and Hollow Profiles and Tubes or Pipe Fittings of Iron and Steel for outstanding contribution to Engineering Exports during the Year 2013-14. The Trophy was awarded on September 29, 2015.

Welspun Corp is currently in four businesses viz Line Pipes, Energy, Infrastructure & Steel and enjoys a global leadership position in the first two businesses. It may be recalled that Welspun Corp is already in advanced stages of demerging the parts of its business other than Line Pipes into Welspun Enterprises through a court process.
