Eicher Motors’ motorcycle division has reported a 59% jump in total sales in September at 44,491 units, as against 28020 units in the same month last year. During September 2015, the number of motorcycle units exported increased by 56% to 750 units as against 480 units in September 2014.

The company’s sales of vehicles with engine capacity up to 350 cc increased 63% at 40280 units against 24662 units in the same period a year ago, while the sales of its vehicles with engine capacity exceeding 350 cc increased by 25% at 4211 units as against 3358 units in September last year.
