Escorts’ Agri Machinery Segment sells 5,606 tractors in September 2015

Escorts Agri machinery segment (EAM), a subsidiary of Escorts, has sold 5,606 tractors in September 2015 against 7,072 tractors in September 2014. Domestic sales in September 2015 stood at 5,576 tractors against 6,844 in September 2014. Export for the month of September 2015 stood at 30 tractors against 228 tractors in September 2014.

Escorts offer a comprehensive range of tractors with more than 45 variants starting from 25 to 80 HP. The company also manufactures and markets a diverse range of equipments like cranes, loaders, vibratory rollers and forklifts.
