Sintex Industries has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 15, 2015 for considering the unaudited financial results for the Second Quarter/Half Year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2) for the financial year 2015-16. Further, the Trading Window of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will be closed for trading of Company’s equity shares from October 06, 2015 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results to the public.
