Winsome Textile Industries has informed that the next meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2015, to consider & approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Half Year ended September 30, 2015. In this regard, pursuant to Companies ‘Code of Conduct in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015’ the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 06, 2015 up to 48 hours after the information is submitted to Stock Exchange on October 29, 2015.
