Cadila Healthcare board to consider Unaudited financial results

Cadila Healthcare has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 22, 2015, to consider & approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015 (Q2). Further, as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will remain closed from October 12, 2015 to October 26, 2015 for all Directors and designated officers of the Company.
