Phoenix Mills acquires 19.38% equity share capital in GHPL

Phoenix Mills has acquired entire equity stake held by MTX Hotels, Amitabh Tayal and Priyank Tayal in Gangetic Hotels (GHPL) aggregating to 19.38% of GHPL’s equity share capital on October 06, 2015. Consequently, GHPL has become a subsidiary of the company with effect from October 06, 2015.

Phoenix Mills is engaged in property development in India. Its activities include planning, execution, and marketing of projects, property rental and management, and maintenance and sale of the completed properties.
