Opto Circuits transfers investments in three US arm to Opto Cardiac Care

Opto Circuits (India) for the purpose of cost effectiveness and operational efficiency, has taken restructuring initiative and transferred the investments of its three US Subsidiaries, Cardiac Science Corporation, Criticare Systems Inc., and Unetixs Vascular Inc., into Opto Cardiac Care, a wholly owned subsidiary of Opto Circuits (India).

Further, the company has also transferred the investments of its subsidiaries, Eurocor Gmbh, and N S Remedies, into Opto Eurocor Healthcare, a wholly owned subsidiary of Opto Circuits (India).

Opto Circuits (India) is an MNC in the business of design, development, manufacture and marketing of healthcare equipment and medical interventional products.
