KEC International Ltd. (KEC) bags four orders totalling to Rs 471 crores

The two orders from North East Transmission Co. Ltd. (a Joint Venture of ONGC, IL&FS and Govt. of Tripura) are for supply of towers, hardware, line materials and construction of 400 kV D/C Transmission line to be constructed in the State of Mehgalaya and Tripura. The transmission lines are associated with 726.6 MW gas based power plants in Tripura. Both the orders are scheduled to be completed by February 2012.

 

The other two orders are from West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd. (WBSETCL) are for supply of towers, line materials and construction of 400 S/C KV transmission lines associated with Kolaghat TPS on turnkey basis.. The duration of the project is 24 months. And 220 KV D/C transmission lines on turnkey basis. The duration of the project is 18 months.crackcrack
